Fremantle Arts Centre, The Old Asylum. 

                             



This image was taken while being filmed by a television crew for channel 7's Today Tonight program. 
There were 7 people and all the electrical equipment associated with them.On this occasion there was a 
small amount of tungsten light so an infra-red filter was attached to the lens. This allowed a long 
exposure of 1/2 a minute with infra-red film in the camera. Nothing unusual was seen or felt by anyone present.
When processed this image appeared on the negative.There seems to be a number of faces and the torso of a 
Scottish soldier with tartan. Can you see this? 
Anyway make of it what you will. I think this is a genuine ghost picture, as the history of the place is 
definitely reflected in this image.
As far as I know this is the first time that a definitive spectrum location has been determined for 
apparitions, namely between 700nm and 800nm 
(1nm = 1/1,000,000th of a millimeter). The filter on the
lens filters light shorter than 700nm, the film is sensitive to 800nm.
